Mini-Bus

Mini-Bus Information

Our Mini-Bus is a curb to destination service that is offered to the general public, ADA, and elderly. An application must be filled out to be able to get these services. There are two parts to the application: Part A is to be filled out by the applicant and Part B is to be filled out by a doctor. Applicants that fill Part A get to ride for 21 days without turning Part B in. Applications are linked down below for downloading.

Fares

Mini-Bus General Fare: $1.00


Monthly Pass: $40.00


FCT Punch Card: $20.00

 

FCT Punch Card: $10.00
